I am an Executive People & Transformation Lead with over 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Most recently, I served as Chief People Officer and led the post-merger integration following a full acquisition by a leading DAX-listed automotive group.
My work focuses on translating strategy into execution – particularly in complex and high-stakes environments such as mergers, rapid growth or organizational transformation.
